I hate when people who have a higher position in a job think they are better for it. This is what I think about it. A little dark but oh well I was really upset today and had to hold myself back from giving a brutal tounge lashing. Getting fired would almost be worth it.

Might just be me, but I believe disillusion does not mean what you intend to here. Disillusion means to be freed from enchantment. If I'm reading the poem correctly, you(meaning the figurative narrator) is disillusioning someone rather than releasing them from disillusion. Just illusion would probably make more sense.
