A character I'm working on in the Ark mini comic. Viktorai is the lead scientist in charge of a currently unknown space fairing race that is overseeing the transfer of two race of a dying world. Unfortunately given the rapid death of the wrold caused by a dying star Viktorai is left with no choice but to temporary relocate the refuges to an artifact know as the ARK which is still under study by the space fairing race.
