This is Algid, brother of the queen and her right hand.

The lunerians is a species fan-made for the Legend of Zelda universe. They usually live in cold and dark areas, and instead of Hylia they worship the moon goddes Io, for providing them light.
Their colorscheme is always cooler colors like, blue, gray, purple, white and black.
The queen and her right hand is also stronger than the rest of the tribe.
They use magic for fighting through magical runes, though Algid uses both strenght and magic.
