which program and pencil did you use to made your background? its amazing :3 very nice.( characcters too obviously lol)

I use Manga Studio 5, and I did this piece all digitally. I mainly used the default G-pen for inking, shading, and filling in the background. I think I used a custom brush I found somewhere for the sand particle effects, and I used a blur tool to make the sand look softer. Sometimes I use an airbrush for highlights, too, and I used a photograph reference from Google to get the sand to look just right.
