well rocco have been sick and im so tired stayed upp all night just to walk him every 10 min .... so i made some good healthy food so i can handle the day too i will write how i did it and what it is in it when i am less stressed and have been sleeping some time and you can see how bad my english is right now xD so tired !!! <3
