The lack of Babs' traditional ear bows reveals a secret that, in a color shot, blue fur would give away.
Yep, this is Buster Bunny, making a play for more popularity and showing his acting range by appearing on the show as a female character, Buster's twin sister Bustette.
Either that or Babs took some video of Buster in his dressing room when he thought no one was around.
