After he graduated basic training for Royal Guard, Shining Armor's life moved to a room in an army base with small privileges like being allowed to see his family on weekends and holidays.
On his first day there, he was one of the youngest, a rookie with still a lot to learn, and jokes to go through.
During the first day of his first weekend there, the older groups decided it was time for some fun. As expected, most of the rookies were going to see their families for the weekend, and were teased during the breakfast.
Some of the rookies spat their milk and cereals through their nostrils as the jokes got more intense. Some were just asking about the older recruits' rookie days, betting that they were the same.
Shining Armor just finished his breakfast, trying to keep himself stoic in front of the spectacle of the different groups of recruits calling each other babies in ways that slowly increased in ingenuity.
The jokes got to their highes point when the older group showed the younger one a large package of pink fillyish diapers they bought, and condescendingly told them that they were just in case they had an accident during the trip.
Shining was surprised at the point the hazing had gotten to. "Can't you take it seriously!"
It was then when the older group looked down at Shining, his sudden comment bringing the attention. "Well, seems we have a candidate for being changed first."
"Wait, what."
A forceful diapering later, Shining Armor could do nothing but take the first carriage home to leave soon and end the embarrassment as soon as possible, save the hauler some embarrassing explanation, and waiting to remove his diaper at home.
He returned grumpy and fussy, glad that his parents weren't home yet, and opened her door, seeing Cadance playing with Twilight in the main room, and also wet as he didn't stop to take a bathroom break.
He tried to go straight to the bathroom, but was stopped by Cadance.
"You got home after several days without seeing your sister and you're not greeting her?"
"But..."
"I see. You need some help with that soggy butt?"
Shining Armor couldn't help but blush at Cadance's comments and Twilight's giggles.
"I can do..."
"I'm more experienced, honey." Cadance interrupted. "I have dealt with enough soggybutts in my life to take care better. You must be close to getting a rash."
Shining silently accepted to get wiped, then they could play together until their parents arrived.
