So I got to work on a brand new reference for Lucian, showing off his newer design changes and much more fluffier look. One thing I also decided to do was give his palette a complete overhaul.

Gone is the brown-dyed feather "goatee" in favor of an un-dyed one, and his colors are a lot more vibrant than muted. It's no longer "let's take the Lugia sprite and use the eye-dropper tool", but now a much more pleasant color scheme while still being easy on the eyes.
