Alright, so allow me to explain.

I think a while back,  eddytheokapi and I came up with this idea for "Lugia Day" being on the 24th of September, because in certain countries, they read the dates day-to-month. In this case, 9/24 would be 24/9, in which #249 is Lugia's registered Pokedex number. Sure enough, it caught on.

So yeah! Whipped up a little quickie since I haven't had motive to draw big things lately.
