I know that this is not much better than the last version, but I redid the paws and the face and ears as well as the rocks. Now just indicated and the shading removed since I did not like it.
I did not want to spend hours and hours on it again. I think this does not help me to improve very much, I suppose it's better for me to draw more often and not work just on once piece, it just gets too frustrating after the third session.
I hope it's alright for a beginner's sketch,
strikerkingcheetah , one day I'll be better and whenever you have a chance to get a free sketch again you'll be more lucky. I found that perspective rather tricky, to be honest ^^""

Thank you ^.^ - I know that feeling, paws always give me a hard time, I know what they must look like, but my hand has problems to move the pencil the way it needs to go to reveal the picture in my head. Thanks to
red-dog I got some help on this one. Just did not change the pose completely as the angle is different here than on the redline Red-Dog did for me.
Something else I'm always working hard on is the muzzle. But I'll keep on trying and that's surely the best way *pet my huuuuuuge reference-file with hundreds of pictures of animals to train my skills* though an annual ticket for the zoo was even better. ;)

Thank you :)
I'm really relieved that you like it - phew.
I thought of vectorising and colouring it maybe, too, just because that's so relaxing a work to do (something I know how to do, much more than drawing ;) ).
And yes, it was tricky since there are no references at all for such a hybrid, but the pose was what made me nearly go nuts. I'm glad that I could manage to get to a result that you like :)
