Before thinking of adopting this monster, please read all the rule :

Closed specie term:

-This is a monster, this is NOT a closed specie, they will NOT be more like this one.
-You do not own the specie of this adopt
-You dunno have the right to make it into a closed specie
-Do not claim has you're own "closed specie"
-If you find someone who do this, please note me and don't harasse this person, exept if its a perfect copie of my design.

Term of payment :

-Paypal and point accepted 1$ = 100 points
-Typical custome : 50$ (may vary)
-Auction can vary

Trade/sell term:

-Before you trade you're design, please ASK ME if you can trade to this person. This person can be blacklist and I don't want them tyo have any of my design.
-You cannot resell for more that you paid, if you wanna sell it for more, please come ask me in note, I may ask for a %.

Owner's right Term:

-The design must be paid in 42hours or the design would be resold
-I do not refunds for adoptable.
-You cannot use you're design for commercial purpose.
-I'm fine with redesign, but still credit me for the original one.
-Credit is nessessary for :
- first time draw
- Use the original reference
- someone ask for the artist who made the original design.
Blacklist :

-Please know that I've a blacklist and will not sold my design to the first come if this one is in my blacklist.
-The blacklist is base on other public blacklist from other popular specie and personnal judgement.
-You can ask for the blacklist in note, but don't be rude if you're in there ! Its mean you look for it.
-Anybody that does'nt follow the TOS would be blacklist.
-Anybody who try to be mean regard of my design, or me would be blacklist.
