You see it's a tiny egg that's only about the size of a walnut. It's cold outside and the mother doesn't seem to be around. One the cold night like this the egg could freeze and die.
What do you do?
A. Cover the egg with leaves and grass and leave, hoping the mother will return.
B. Reach for the egg.
As you reach for the egg, it starts to glow more. You also hear a weird noise coming from inside. It sounds almost frightened. You move to touch the egg, but find it's too hot to hold. The glowing energy seems to be protecting it.
What do you do?
(write your choice)
The little egg bumps into you, not realizing exactly where it was going. You realize that it didn't feel hot anymore. In fact, the egg seems to be glowing less as well. It may be safe to touch now. What do you do?
A. Pick it up and hold it close to you.
B. Sit there and stare at it.

B. Sit there and stare at it.
As you hold it, you realize it doesn't even feel warm anymore and it is shivering in your hand. The tiny egg seems sick. What do you do?
A. Stay outside in the field with it and try to feep it warm.
B. Hold onto the egg and try to keep it warm as you start off down the road again.

You hear a low purring hum coming from inside and realize the little critter must have fallen asleep. You look at the clock and realize it's getting late and you find yourself sleepy as well. What do you do?
A. Go to your own bed and leave the egg all alone.
B. Sleep out in the living room with the egg.

B. Sleep out in the living room with the egg.
You look around and you eventually find it outside in the warm sunshine, rolling around happily in the grass. A warm night's sleep seems to have done it some good! Though for lack of self direction, it rolls into a tiny little ditch and squeaks in fright.

The egg squeaks happily. It seems to be growing fond of you. But it won't hatch for a while, so you might as well spend some time with it and get know it.
A. Take eggy shopping for supplies for when it hatches.
B. Take it inside and give it a bath.
C. Take it inside and bat it around like a ball.

I would be quite concerned for the safety of such a tiny egg outside on such a cold night on its own. I would very carefully curl in close to the egg, using my tail to wrap in around it; because lets face it, for a saber, I have quite the fluffy tail. Hopefully all the comforting fluff can help to alleviate some of the fear and keep the little darling safe. Then if there is any sign of the mother's return I can go on my way without any harm, but if she doesn't then the egg will still be quite safe, warm, and cozy.

OoO 8D *wiggles happily*
Little eggy, would you like to come home with me where it's dry? I have more cookies.
Hmmm...but this is your home...I shouldn't just grab you away...
A: *curls against it and covers it with my wing, my head tucked closely so my breathing and body keeps it warm like its mother might*
"If you're too cold let me know, and we'll fly quickly to my place. You're a good little eggy. Cute and pretty colored. <3"
