I used to have these problems when I was younger and escape in the same way!

I am afraid of needles still and whenever I think of them right now or at the doctors. I get really scared and my body feels more tense then usual and my heart beats faster and I also shake in fear and I look more worried. I remember getting shots for my ingrown toenail mans I got shots for getting 2 pieces of glass out of my foot and I got shots for my wisdom teeth removal and they all hurt *cries* *cries* *cries*
