I made the first "horse shoe" today, it's made of silicone and silver powder/paint. I need to alter it a bit to make sure it stays on the hoof, hopefully I won't have to permanently attach them. I know it's not a solid color, but I like that it looks like liquid metal.
Hopefully I'll be able to make the other one tomorrow

The way I did it was to drill holes in the bottom of the shoe then pour a bunch of resin in the hoof and stick the shoe inside at the angle I wanted it at and let it cure.
However you should be able to use any 2 part epoxy you can buy at the store or something like E6000 to secure it. The sculpt is based off of Large sized platforms, so they will accommodate smaller sizes, you just want to make sure to secure those at the bottom so they don't rock and around the top so they don't have any chance of coming out. (That is if the bottoms are not the same size!)
