After a quick quick work I've managed to create a Pokemon persona, or for cases where Abba is just too soft to be an authoritative figure. Meet Alanzo Walrein, or as he's commonly referred to as Mr. Zero (and there's an interesting story why he got that name, but that's for another day.)

Description:
So who is Mr. Zero? To his students, he's a very cold individual, not just because he can freeze an entire classroom with his breath alone. That's right, Mr. Zero is a teacher, the kind of teacher nobody wants to give the cold shoulder to. He comes off as tough and kind of cold but off the clock he can be very sweet and kindly. But since not many people see him on his off-days it's hard to tell. When he's at school he's always on the look out for trouble makers, ne'er do wells, and loiterers. Needless to say, not many students want to be caught in his cold gaze. Because his age and weight, Zero most often walks with a cane (carved in an odd fashion but supposed having sentimental value). So long as you stay on his good side Mr. Zero will let you go with a warning, but despite all his gruff he really cares for his students and hopes that they're making the best of their educational opportunities, and does whatever it takes to keep students on track.

Many adventures await for this guy. Just need to figure them out somehow...
