like delicious, pan fried tacos with shredded chicken and cheese
I can't have any
I've been dealing with some bad stomach issues for the past month, so I've gone on a major diet (which to be fair, has done me a lot of good since I started it.)
But I can't have any junk food, soda, fried stuff, oily stuff or spicy food.
I eat mostly fruit, vegetables, lean meat and really simple/bland stuff and motherfucker I would dropkick a bear to have some fried chicken, shitcockmotherfuckDICK
so this is just a vent doodle.

random poke and plug for one of my favorite herbal remedies...
You ever try Ginger?
Ginger Ale in particular is useful for when one is feeling queasy or otherwise sick to one's stomach. It won't cure any long-lasting effects, but I typically keep it around because its easier and more tasty (in my opinion..others? Not so much) than most other methods. I'm not saying it will definitely fix the situation..but I've found it to be a good reach-for when I've had problems with my stomach, whether it's going up...or going down too fast and too..you get what I mean, I hope.
And if you don't like ginger ale, you can normally get it in pill form, if not just plain seasoning form. Not sure how to use the latter, and the former just makes it faster to 'get it over with' with the worst of it being compressed all at once into one second.. If you dislike the taste of Ginger Ale I mean.

oh trust me, I'm aware. I like to keep some ginger around for sure, but what's going on is slightly more problematic. I'm pretty sure I gave myself an ulcer (I was eating really bad and I was super stressed out a few weeks ago when it started) But I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning to get that checked out.
but thanks for caring enough to give some advice! I still appreciate that

well...just be careful in that case. I had a close family member who had developed stomach ulcers really badly, and he just ignored them, 'treated' them by grabbing pickled jalapeno slices, and they eventually developed into cancer that killed him. >.>... I'd describe it, but let's just say that it required him to be put on a feeding tube because it sealed the sphincter connecting his esophagus to his stomach shut and leave it be from there.
oh geez, that sounds awful. Thankfully, I've never gotten THAT bad. I had something like this as a teenager and it really came down to a MAJOR diet change, which I've started doing now too. And I'm also on some medication to help ease some of the pain in my stomach. And I've been doing a little better each day since.
...Though oh god, jalepeno slices in a stomach with potential ulcers? I had trouble with a piece of bread that just happened to have one little jalepeno circle on it, eesh.

yeah, not able to eat, or drink. All because he was a 'manly man' and wasn't about to visit the doctors...And apparently a routine checkup doesn't check for stupidly slow cancers as a result of treating stomach ulcers with Pickled Jalapeno slices, As in..if it were checked at least a decade previous, the signs would've been obvious and treatments would've prevented it from ever happening. >.>...
