Rutan Rat actually predates Barkley Beaver, but only as a mental concept. I finally decided to make him a legit character!

Rutan's bio:
Rutan is a total comic book geek. He's absolutely obsessed with superheroes to the point he believes he is one! As his superhero persona, he calls himself...RESCUE RAT. He often dresses up complete with a red eye mask, blue tank top with his superhero logo screen printed on the front, orange gym shorts, and a yellow cape. He is quite strong and works out regularly with the use of a punching bag and weight training, so he's ready for any enemy that may come his way, or so he thinks, anyway.
