Most likely, unless this particular Umbreon wanted to be somebody's dessert for one reason or another. That's really up to the viewer's interpretation. However, the steam rising from the pie is clear indication that it, and in turn the Umbreon inside it, has definitely spent some time baking inside an oven prior to this moment.
