what do you get when you cross a tyrannosaurus-rex, a big cat, an otter, and various other unfortunate critters?

this big guy belongs to and is currently being made into a partial suit (i'm making another mask! yay!)
the character's been around since my Bearclaw, FireCracker, but he just hasnt had any official art posted (besides a badge)
anyway, this Franken-beast is ready to reek havoc across the land
