Actually, she's Manx, not Russian. But the confusion is understandable, we're not well known, and it does look a little like the old Soviet flag. :3
It would seem that the photographer has gotten a tad distracted here. Poor girl. But they're all really cute, and I really like the themed bikinis and the expressions of the other girls. Especially the cabbit, who seems to be particularly amused by the whole thing and the cute way the coyote is blushing. Plus, it's really nice to see just a bit more of a realistic size difference between the various species. Most of the time, everyone seems to be roughly the same size, regardless of species, so that's a pretty neat little touch.
