Based on a little rp between me and 
Dulce where half of her spirit becomes part of Jeffray's body for the most part while the other half is with 
Silenrea. This is what I imagine happening to Jeff when Han pushes herself into the cloud that represents Jeffray entirely and suddenly Han's colors start to pop up on the latios's blue color patterns for the first time!
