I tried making ghost... It shouldn't have been hard.. I failed miserably.
So non-haunted yaki soba recipe

Yaki soba noodles (1 person serving)
1/4 a cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot shredded
2 cups moyashi (soy bean sprouts)
Kamaboko slices...about two inches sliced and cut out shapes if you want
1 egg, scrabbled and fried thin, then cut into strips

Fry onions and carrots first to get tender
Add rest of ingredients until tender and done
Add Yakisoba sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Top with mayo, aoinori, and bonito flakes
Eat while warm!
