I really enjoy the apparent direction of your brush strokes in your paintings. Especially that it suggests the eyelashes and eyebrows without actually drawing in the hairs.
Is it a smudge brush with a row of dots? A normal brush? Or did you actually go and hatch those in? Either way, I'm loving your skill and technique :o

Thank you! For the area around the eyes and to suggest the facial hair I used a hatching brush which is a sort of double-ended spike on low spacing percentage, maxed size jitter, opacity and soft light settings; elsewhere I just hatched using a standard hard round on opacity :)
