Commission for Zylo_Garoh My first commission from FurAffinity, and immediately a very fun one.
OC Zyla in the process of creating a personal drone, synchronising her (brain)waves/frequency through the helmets they are both wearing.
On the helmets: they are based on the awesome MSA MCU-2/P gas mask.

I think an airtight helmet, like a motorcycle helmet would be very hard to do. It'd have to be air-tight around the point of installation, which would be the neck, instead of the visor. Otherwise it'd have to be a helmet placed over an already airtight space (like NBC units in the military).
Another option is a welding helmet with PAPR or otherwise blowing system. This of course isn't an airtight solution.
