A delicious fudge made with your favorite herbal flavouring.
60 grams herbally infused butter (see below)
200 grams marshmallow fluff
400 grams white sugar
150 ml evaporated milk
140 grams chocolate chips
Melt the butter into the evaporated milk in a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, let it cook for about five minutes, stir in other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 9X9 pan,let cool, then refrigerate.
Slice and enjoy, being careful to not over-do things.
To make the herbal infused butter, collect 50 grams of your favorite flavouring, such as dried lavender flowers. In a quart size jar, place the desired herbs along with about 225 grams butter. Place jar in a pan of simmering water, allowing the butter/herb mixture to cook for six to twelve hours, turning the butter a nice green colour.
Strain through cheesecloth, and cool the butter, letting it solidify.
