Well, it's really more like a trade, but eh. It's not technically what I'd call an art trade, so I'm calling it a gift, though it's more like a trade....
Anyway, this guy just deserved a picture. He's too nice for his own damn good xD He had like, shit ton of art stuff and other stuff laying around and basically said "take, it's yours" and I was like, wtfwoah, what do you want for all this? And he was like "Nuthin'"
So I was like uh-uh, yer gettin' art. So I did him a picture of his choosing in watercolour, which seems only fitting, since like, 90% of my paint stuff came from him xD
The picture... didn't... come out well at all >.> It's not terrible I suppose, but not at all what I was hoping for. I made a freakin' ton of mistakes along the way, and just ugh. But... I have some ideas for how to improve my drawings with paint... hopefully to help kill some of that disgusting grainy look I keep getting. Just gonna take some more experimentation...

Devin-da-husker, I dunno how close this is to what you wanted, and I know it's not great, but I spent like, and -entire- day working on it, so I hope it's okay and that you sorta like it at least a bit ^^;
Edit- *beats head against table* I just noticed I forgot like, ALL of the red wolf's markings. Shit. Sorry. xD Someday when I'm way gooder at this art thing I'ma do you another picture, and get it freakin' right next time. Someday x3

OMG ru it's beautiful. the markings don't matter at all they are not even a permeant part of the character it was just war paint seriously most pics with him won't have them at all. god i am so blown away by this. i love it so so so much and so dose my boyfriend. do you think you could send it to me? i want to have this framed and hang it in our room.
if you don't like the grainy look try using brisol board instead of that watercolor paper i sent you that stuff is highly textured.

I find bristol board deforms a bit too much under heavy water usage... and the grain will teach me to get out of the habit of over using my pencils anyway. So it's all good. x3
