One the easiest dishes you can make, though it does take a bit of prep!
Bamboo skewers (that have been soaked in water for a good 15 minutes or so)
Chuck meat (or "shishkabob" meat if labeled), cut into smaller cubes
Zucchini, cut into thick slices
1 big Vidalia onion, cut into chunks
6-8 mushrooms, stems removed and sliced in half
Lawry's seasoned salt
small handful of fresh rosemary (optional, we still have plenty growing)
2 'slotted' throwaway grill pans
And all you need is your grill...heat to about 350F...
Slice all of these accordingly, and 'layer' however you want
Place on pans...and let cook for 35 minutes (I cooked it for a bit longer, unfortunately, but it still came out ok)
Serve with your favorite steak sauce...hot sauce...no sauce...
Enjoy!
Small Update: Would more than likely me a touch better if these steak cubes were marinated beforehand, teriyaki or Italian dressing, perhaps :B

Love these!
I got one for the potluck, but just need to put it up... Been experimenting with crossing Amerian andJapanese classic meals..
So far one good lesson learned. Gobo、burdock root, doesn't mix well with the standard chicken and dumplings... Miso, soy-sauce, and shitake go wonderfully with it though.
