"So...have you asked him out yet?" said Rayn, sweeping her bright red hair to the side of her face, leaning over Shaely's toolbox with a sly grin, hips cocked in her snarky manner. "A-asked? H-him? Who?" Shaely stammered, trying to play dumb, hoping to get her friend off of her back. "Don't play dumb sweetheart...You gawk at him every time he comes here, and I swear when he's giving orders you get all wobbly kneed~" said the shepherd, giving a toothy grin. Shaely looked down at her wrench, fiddling with her tools and shaking. It was obvious her friend had caught on to the shark girl's crush on the Team Leader, but Shaely was far too shy, and believed she didn't have a chance. Rayn gave a smile and patted her best friend on the shoulder, "My cousin won't bite you, I think it's time you really get to know him, besides, I think he eyeballs you from time to time, you ARE the only one who can fix his mech anyway." Shaely looked up at Rayn, blushing bright red, trying to contain an outburst. He looks at her? She was so afraid she didn't exist, but she had forgotten the moments in time where Lex seemed to be just as shy to be around her. Rayn circled around the toolbox and took her friend by the arm, dragging her away from her tools and pulling her the door. "Wolfy and I are setting up a date, don't worry, I'll make sure it all goes well for you honey!" Shaely could only whimper in protest, quite sure that things couldn't get worse just yet...

I dunno if I'll finish this one, I've got another sketch on the way right now that could end up being colored...this was just a little exercise to keep the juices flowing for now :3
