A fish girl, maybe a mer-girl, with no real backstory yet; this is a redraw from a design I coughed up probably 15 years ago.
She was originally under another name I stole from something else, and I think probably a fan-character for a game series. But I overhauled it all so heavily, she might as well be a completely different thing now...
She was originally going to be pure-white with black splotching, but I had a bit of a soft spot for the teals and greens :3 I'm also not sure what's going on below the waist, but it's probably not legs :U
I'd like to do more with her someday...
