Inside the bunny's head, VR goggles wired in and it's power pack
fitted, the fan's power pack has been fitted, the job is on hold until
the camera I ordered from Tiger Electronics arrives and I can compare
it to the one I have here that underwent some radical surgery to be
adapted. I've noticed it's picture will occasionally break up and lose
vertical and horizontal hold. Either this means some of the electronics
were affected by overheating when I reattached that broken lead or
more likely there's a cold solder joint. Neither condition is one I feel
comfortable about opening the patient once again and attempting
to correct the problem. I have an idea I'd only make things worse.

Yes, many things. If you decide to look at my gallery and trace the evolution of
"The Dread Pirate Tabor" you'll read about my error in construction which made for
dangerously limited vision and made it necessary to install a video system to
get around that defect. Oh well, this is my first attempt at making a fursuit and it's
made for a rather steep learning curve. Somehow I don't think I'm going to be
doing another one any time soon.

No, I'd just like to not sweat to death with that highly insulated head on and I'd like
to be able to see. If you've followed the progress reports I discovered that my vision
was dangerously limited. Since tearing the head down and doing a complete redesign
and rebuild wasn't an option, I rummaged through my junk box and came up with
what seemed to me a viable workaround. Forgo the eyes that are over 90% blocked
by the muzzle and build in a video system. Initial testing seems to be a go, just waiting
on a newer and hopefully higher rez camera with better low light performance versus
my bodged together beauty that works mostly (though it's got a random flutter in the
picture). The flutter I think is a cold solder joint which I don't feel confidant in opening
it up again and re soldering the connections with my way too high wattage (for micro
circuits anyway) and risk the likelihood of buggering it completely.
