Feline's interpretation, redesign, and most popular design of my jellyfish character Melody! There aren't a lot of jellyfish out there on the internet, and herein is my attempt to help fix that. <3

Melody is a Jellysquish, a tentative "species" of my own making. She's the first Jellysquish to be created at the hands of her mom, a robot kittyhog named Flaky. The species was created in a lab by combining the DNA of multiple species of jellyfish, as well as her personal compound that was responsible for creating new life. After Melody's birth, unsafe hygienic practices on Flaky's part caused dozens of unseen polyps to be released into the ocean. Where Melody was to be unique, she finds herself now as the leading forerunner of the Jellysquish species. Jellysquish out in the wild are best suited for living in water, but have the capacity to travel on dry land for extended periods of time. All of their nerves and sensory organs are found in the tentacles on their heads, rendering their five senses exclusively in their tentacles, with near-sighted vision possible in the optic orbs, and the vision of their tentacles are fairly limited in range compared to others, being unable to see the horizon. The red dot on Melody's forehead is responsible for retaining her memories and personality, and it's said Melody can live forever by regressing her cells to revert back to her child form every so many years, but she grows ill when introduced to polluted water, and could die from it.

Though the species is technically closed, I'm always willing to talk with people in regards to having access to one. It's not my intention to totally close off the species, but I'd rather make sure I get proper credit for them.
