I've wanted to put Rion in something girly for a while now. But obviously D-Boy wouldn't have any of it due to the rules surrounding anything done with Rion, which have finally been compressed into two straightforward rules: "No women's clothes that aren't badass in some way" and "no exceptions without losing a bet."

Yeah, that second one got established by the circumstances that led to this pic's creation.
