I like the outfit as well, plus the expression.
I do think her fingers look a little awkward. I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just offering artistic critique.
On HER right hand, the pinky finger seems like it is bent unnaturally. Comparing it to the angle of the hand and the other fingers, it seems like it is move sideways as well.
On HER left hand, the fingers seem like they are separate entities, like little sausages on a small pan. The problem area is the part where the fingers are connected to the hand. The pink ring poses a problem in that it seems like the end of a finger. If you do wear the ring at the base of the pinky, that is fine. It's just that in this picture it is hard to tell that is the case. There seems to be a line missing from near the other fingers. I do not know if drawing it in will fix the problem, but it is a start.
Again, I do not mean to be cruel. I do this with the intent to help. If you do not want critique like this, let me know and I'll try to stop.
