Neat remix! This makes me want to pick up and play Link's awakening some more, I know this track isn't in that game but it's still Zelda at the end of the day.
it occurred to me, for a theme of a place called the dark world, the theme itself isn't very dark.
But anyway, great work as usual and I eagerly await your next one!

I adored Links Awakening so much. I never finished it when I bought it when I was younger because it was far too hard.
Sadly, none of the music really stuck out in that game for me. Except for the music that plays on the wind fishes mountain. That was an epic song, from what I remember.

yeah, I have it on my 3DS. I'm stuck on the bit where you have to get those leaves and go to that castle/mansion. I temporarily gave up because it was too much effort!
I like the face shrine theme a lot. And no problem! I've loved all of your remix's ever since I first heard your mute city remix after I stumbled upon it on the main page on the day you first uploaded it!

Also the Face Shrine theme creeps the fuck out of me. Just saying :P Although it's clearly inspired by a piece of classical music, which is always good to hear.

yeah. I think you were the first person I watched when I joined FA. I actually have to thank you for making me feel welcome on FA. If it wasn't for you, I'd be occasionally faving stuff and mostly only watching people whom I was already aware of when I lurked this site.
But yeah, no problem! I didn't want to skip you over especially when you have a lot of potential with your remix's and now your own original pieces too.
face shrine gives of that whole "link's going to die here and fail his quest" vibe to me. I believe the theme is inspired by Bach's Prelude in c minor (BWV 847)

Oh my goodness! I love this because I have quite a history with the Legend of Zelda series!
I hugely adore The Oracle of Ages/Seasons for it's creativity with the seasons and ages I love the characters, love the temples and love the music.
I also love ALttP for how big it felt, two huge overworlds to explore, and a lot of items.
I sadly enough do not have a huge history with Link's Awakening but I do like it!

Oh man, I remember Mcgammer! Shame he just left his fans in the dark upon leaving. he used to be my fave youtuber thanks to his mario RPG LP.
People found his steam account and that sort of gave his reason for leaving. From what I can gather something happened and he's for some reason ashamed of LPing.
But regardless he had a good run and to this day his fans still wait for the day he returns.

And I guess that is fair. I'll miss him but it's very understandable that eventually he had to move on.
