Whoa, don't be Hastie! That area is an open state park campground! No technical size restriction, only a 15 MPH max. There is no off highway law for vision obstruction, and dirtbikes as OHV on public land have no helmet requirement. The only law violation I see is operating on a suspended license to kill.

Really? So that little practice area at Split Forks with the sign that says max 90cc, we can ignore that?
Does that mean I can also ride my bike on the 4x4 stuff too? (or even in that area? (I parked and walked in on foot since the patrol trucks were parked nearby to check on the water obstacle))

Nope... I got that license renewed in March. :D But thanks for the heads-up on the helmet law. For the sake of argument, let say I did ride a 250CC bike on the 100cc kiddie track. I assume that sign is more of a suggestion than an enforceable violation.

Its a violation of CVC 38300 to disobay any sign at Hungry Valley, and is citable in both LA and Ventura Counties as an infraction. Only one guy who works there will write you up for that, but he won't be nice about it. So you know, be cautious..
