FURSUITHEAD
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the fursuit.
How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
The head is extremely comfortable. It fits perfectly to allow for great ventilation and vision. It does not shift out of position. The foam is lined with a stretch fabric which makes him super comfy to wear, even for long durations.
How is the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
The ventilation through the mask is much better than anticipated. Air channels just fine through the mouth of the mask.
How is the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
Vision is also much better than anticipated. I have no issues seeing long to mid distances through the mask but extremely close up there is obviously a blind-spot.
How is the symmetry?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
All symmetrical on this end. No qualms to report.
Is the shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
I'm absolutely stoked with how Arend Studios shaped the fox-cat into the critter he is. The expression is just adorable and has received wonderful feedback from all who have seen him.
TAIL
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail of the fursuit.
How is the quality of the tail? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Is it too cumbersome? Can you pull on it without tearing? Are the straps secure and even?
If there is any padding or armature, does it look right and function correctly?
The tail is just phenomenal. Arend Studios used the softest fur, and it is stitched well enough to have survived many encounters with ravenous minions (kids)!
How accurate to the concept art is your tail?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
The shaping of the tail is very close to the reference artwork. It hovers just above the ground when standing.
GENERALVISUAL ASPECTS

How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?

Definitely was an easy experience throughout the process from quote, to drafting, making, refining, and completion.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Being in a different country to Arend Studios, I found communication to be clear enough considering the time zone differences.
How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
Arend Studios were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely no issues here.
OVERALL
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with your overall experience with the maker and the fursuit itself.
How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
Vokka took one year to be completed. I'm unsure if this is an acceptable amount of time but many fursuits were completed during the course of time while mine was slowly being worked on. I have commissioned a bodysuit from Arend Studios and am curious if it will take equally as long for that to be completed.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
So far as quality. Arend Studios takes the lead. So far each and every fellow fursuiter who has seen Vokka up close has concurred that he is extremely well made.
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
Having taken Vokka out for a few outings, I have absolutely fallen in love with the work of Arend Studios. Extremely well made, genuine looking expression and comfortable to wear for hours on end. Would very easily recommend others to commission Arend Studios for their next costume!
