So I won this cute greyscale mahna drop from an auction by
Luckypan, whom has powers in relation to storms!
I named her Blixt which is Swedish for "lightning". And as Lucky described her, she isn't really evil... but chaotic. I imagine in my equally chaotic comic (as I really really REALLY suck at making them... mostly because I... don't make comics...) she notices someone do something she perceives wrong (like stepping on the leaves of the sacred Tree of Life), and uses her trinket, a brush, to paint a storm cloud that she likes to ride on (as her wings are small - she can fly as she is incredibly light, but she gets tired easily) and send a shock bolt to let whoever did wrong pay their dues. Nothing lethal - just to shock them to their senses.
Most likely to Blixt, the error of their ways was so obvious as not require an explanation... but creatures that fall victim to her vigilante justice usually have no idea what just happened or why.
She tends to live in a world of her own, her ideas or right and wrong are at times very different from most living creatures. She can be very difficult to understand. And she's very impulsive and passionate about just about anything. Not the easiest gal to get along with, but overall she means well... even if er, in strange ways. Blixt is mostly quite happy and excitable and has the attention span of a small child. She has her serious moments, once in a blue moon.
