So why the headband?
Even at this young an age, Basil didn't like when anyone saw her eyes, due to a negative experience.
It wasn't the best idea, since she could barely see and spent most of her childhood stumbling around.
As a kid though, she was never seen without her favorite stuffed animal, Bubu.
Named such because that's all she could call him at the time.
It's also not uncommon for parents to adorn their children with their predicted sacred mark.
