In a universe where the weak do not exist, where humanity is beset in all directions by the nefarious forces of the Darkness and the Travellers light is dwindling, warriors are needed ever more. But while some set out to satisfy their own need to explore and fight the Darkness where it threatens, a precious few set out as pioneers in preparation of the coming war.
The Guardian who became one of these pioneers is spoken in hushed whispers and curses. It is said that at the surfacing of the Taken King, he set out to explore the unknown space beyond the known solar system, travelling to stars in hopes for answer against the Darkness. When he returned after journeying for 3 years, for good or worse, he had found an answer. He returned bearing technology not that of the Traveller, without his Ghost and with stories that teeter on the brink of madness.
"Where I journeyed, simple words cannot explain. I witnessed great serpents feeding off from the energies of dying worlds, swam through an bottomless ocean and walked upon the surface of a living sun. There I found the answer. I found the Light."
That was to be only the beginning. While not on a mission, he competed in the crucible and swiftly rose through the ranks, gathering inspired Guardians to follow in his trail. The unthinkable happened when he announced forming a new faction, the Children of the Ceaseless Fire, calling it as the faction for those who are willing to take the fight against the forces of the Darkness, rather than passive aggressivly reaction to it. The faction, while small, established an reputation of aggressive nature, annihilating seemingly unthreatening enemy installations with overwhelming force and setting out for missions classified as suicidal at best. Yet more Guardians join his ranks with each passing day and stories circle about his near fanatical wrath towards those who oppose him.
He has been witnessed shrugging off direct exposure to the Void. His weapon, Terminus, blasts out pure bolts of light that rip his foes to shreds and his hammer, The Astral Breaker, slays enemies with earth shattering force. Many look warily towards him, suspecting alien influence having scarred his mind and working to bring the Citadel to ruin through his destructive nature, but few can deny his prowess and willingness to fight the Darkness.
"The war against the Darkness is already here. We cannot wait for it to come to us, but instead attack it whenever possible. Heed my call Guardians. The Traveller wont protect us in this time of need. It is time for us to bear the mantle of war and become the avenging Light. Once the Universe is Set on Fire, the Darkness will have nowhere to hide. "

Random, eh? I have personally criticised Destiny as being as being an ultimately shallow game with too much promise, but also as being an rather entertaining and beautiful looking shooter game. I really admire its aesthetic look.
Now when I happened to stumble upon the ridiculous piece of music known as: "Gloryhammer - Universe on Fire", I knew that I just had to make a picture out of it. There was no denying it. After much brainstorming, Destiny seemed like the perfect choice and I could use training on designing and fitting armor on humanoids.
Im rather happy about the result! Yes, it is messy as fuck, but I backtracked a ridiculous amount because most of my ideas turned foul in my eyes when I tried them on paper. But with this final product, I am pleased with it fortunately.
So hopefully you enjoy this piece of mine ~

I have only played it on a friends console for a short time, so I dont have an actual account yet.
Oh I bet there is content, but its all rather elusive and not so fulfilling. The game doesnt tell you much, just the basics really
Not that I mind it. It was really easy to make this guys story that way
