Just a nameless Lugia morph that I had drawn during a bout of insomnia in pencil ages ago. I had another bout of it and decided, the hell, lets finish this thing. Snapped a picture of it with my Galaxy Note 3 and funny enough decided to try an art app I downloaded to see how well it worked. This is the product of that.
Of course with a build like that he is a body builder, though he's currently nameless and I honestly have no clue as of this moment and am open to ideas. I'll post the suggestion I feel suits him best in the title, if anyone even bothers to shoot me any xD.
