Getting along with Disgust can sometimes be a bit tricky, but that's no difficult feat for Joy and Anger (And on occasion, Sadness and Fear.) Disgust is extremely picky about what he involves himself in, and who he involves himself with. However, Anger and Disgust get along almost perfectly!

Anger and Disgust tend to both go on long winded rants about things, usually with which they agree, and then relay them word-for-word through Pastel, to Joy's complete and utter horror. But this doesn't keep Joy from being close to Disgust, as they agree on many things like clothing, who they like, and so on. Disgust tends to find himself forcing his way to the console more often than not, keeping Pastel from looking bad in public or saying something stupid, but there are times where Fear and Disgust take the show over and reign kings of the console. This makes Pastel absolutely terrified of making mistakes, looking bad, and sounding dumb. This, needless to say, also horrifies Joy.
