I edited my own voice using Melodyne Plugin to create a "Gladosish" voice sample. One reason I can't create an exact replica is because I'm male.
I'm looking for more voices to effect like this, so if you would like to contribute, add me on Windows Live Messenger[MSN] or AIM- CBBebop92[at]aol.com
Enjoy.
Edit: I've changed the pitch, and a little bit of the timing. I also attempted to remove the "breathing" noises.

When doing robotic acting, try to act exactly like you would normally, only exaggerating the pitch of your voice moreso than usual. Don't purposely jump around from low to high, as it sounds imitated and spliced, which isn't quite the effect to go for ;]
Also, pitch up your formant a bit to get a more tinny, robotic, glados-style sound. Even males can pull it of near perfectly with a bit of their own vocal power and some pitch and formant pitching :]

Thank you for the advice, I was actualy between trying to get the tone I wanted with my voice when I recorded, or recording normaly and doing everything digital.
Also, I went through and pitched up everything. I'll replace this file with the reworked one. [I'm not one to upload 2 versions of the same thing.]
