When he first came to the RockHard Gym,  valeyard's Sorbet would get winded after just a lap back and forth in the pool. But two weeks in, he's found himself tearing through the water doing ten laps non-stop before needing a rest, leaving his worries to cry in a kiddie pool somewhere. He feels healthier, stronger, and the results in the mirror aren't too bad, either! He's swelling with confidence -and- muscle!
