I've been wondering, what does a custom quote mean?

It's basically a plan for how much a character would cost to make into a suit. What I do is lay out all the components and add it all up so you have a final price for the project that's custom to the character you'd want to have made~

Typically characters with markings like this would be much too pricey for most people. Something like this is doable but it would take a ton of time with hand sewing alone. What I would suggest is contacting someone such as

NeonSlushie or

Lady Rain they can do some wonderful simplification to help with the fursuit quote process~

If I did get something from you, I would only get a head and paws (Maybe even feet.). I know she is really different, so getting the easy parts of her from you is my best option, :)

Well there ya go! Other than the horns and the possible marking on the arms, this wouldn't be a very hard project at all! :3

I'll get a quote from you once I get parent permission (Since I am under 18, and I saw that you don't take people under 18).
Do you mind if I get parent permission, or am I not allowed to commission you at all?

Parental permission is fine. I will actually work with your parent where it comes to legal things such as the contract. Your parent will be the one held financially responsible as well as be the one bound to the contract. you would be in charge of the artistic aspect once all the legal mumbo jumbo is out of the way~
