This nyxian is a Tropianyxian. he comes from the tropics (lol duh XD) and is the first time I have shown anyone this breed of nyxian. Done for a final in my photoshop class to show what we can do.
Tropianyxs are, like their name suggests, from the rainforest tropics, but no rainforest on the surface of Sekai. Their home is within an underground oasis, stretching nearly the entire distance of the desert. It’s so far below ground that eruptions on the surface do not effect them. They probably have some kind of technology to do this. This species is unique among Nyxians in that they keep their crest feathers from their avian forms into their bipedal ones. Most possess crests ranging from a cockatoo to a cockatiel, and some are double rows of feathers. This breed has five hip and shoulder feathers, but has seven tails. They also have six toes, having an extra ‘big’ talon that folds around the back, glorified due claw. On their hands, they also have an extra talon on their outer hands resembling the toe talon. It folds back against the arm when not in use. These Nyxians have the strongest bite, and their wing structure ranges over all parrot, macaw, and other tropical birds including forest hawks. They are second in vivid coloration only behind Techians, coming in all manner of colors. On average they are bright, but some may be dark with bright patterns. Many have a rain-forest like scent or a type of fruit scent about them.
