Art blocks are the worst. There are many exercises to help with it, but, you know, it's not that bad to just take a break? Take a few days off, just take a breath and, with fresh motivation, go back to drawing with full force!
Well... I'm not the best one to talk about it, I usually take more than a few months from a completed drawing to another, but no one has to sacrifice themselves to keep drawing when they don't feel like it.
I love Disney's Robin Hood, and this is a really good redraw! Keep up the good work and good luck with your mental block!
