This is Lethkule. He's a member of one of the many human decedent species that evolved. His kind are extremely intelligent and possess powerful mental abilities. They're thought process is far beyond most normal humans. Lethkule here is a scientist and a historian. He loves both and likes to apply one to the other. As you can also see he's padded. Primarily by choice as it's just more convenient for him.
