Okay, so here's the project, and I'm hoping to get it done by Furry migration, which seems a touch unlikely. Failing that, by our next furry dance.

It's going to be a fedora with two spikes poking through the hat over the eyebrow, and three longer spikes down the top of the skull, through the hat like spines on a reptile.

Up to this point, I've cut out patterns and roughed the general cones out of insulation foam, sanding them down a bit to make them a little more organic. More in a moment.
