Yep ! In Luca near the Ronso's place. He is not free in the beginning though. But he is unstoppable when he gets Sphere Shoot XD

Awesome! I never had much luck with blitzball, but the idea of a Ronso league is really cool. Might seek this guy out f I ever play the HD remake

Well when you start the game the only Ronso to be free is Zev. Even if he is slow he is unstoppable when he has the ball XD. And after some matches Argey, Basik or another one could be free. But don't take only Ronsos, they are way too slow. Just use one or two of them max ;)
