Arrighties, this here's my half of an art trade with 
selphy6 featuring the character Syrup from the game Puzzle and Dragons! Didn't know much about this game before but after doing some research, I really want it! plus this adorable little guy (or big guy if you wish to consider present circumstances) is in it.
So, yea, with a name like Syrup, I figured something like this would be suitable. I have no idea where he came across so much of that stuff but he seems to really be enjoying it :U I don't blame him though. that stuff's delicious! :P Maybe he'll share a bottle? :v
Anyway, tried out a different grass tecnique here, looks like it came out really fluffly looking XD I didn't have a whole lot of information to go on for a background but I was shown an image of him standing on a hexagonal terrain, so i went with that, and wanted to try grass again so that's there too. Also i tried to make it look like a floating island that he's sitting on... I was originally gonna just have his arm resting on his belly but once I seen those adorable heart palms of his, I had to make him wave'n! XD
Anyway, hope you like it!

Of couse! this is obviously why he's called Syrup XD it makes too much sense :U

He was in the sky :U you might not have looked up :v. But, yesh, thank ya! I just thought i might try some new techniques :V especially with grass. I also tend not to draw a whole lot of objects so it was good practice, especially if i wanna try my hand at some comics :V got really into it though so it was a pretty fun background to make :V
